About The National Schools Snowsports Association
We are a not-for-profit, membership organisation for schools from differing backgrounds including, alpine coaching, UK winter tourism and teaching.
The NSSA has been set up to run as a hub for schools’ snowsports information, building school ski programmes, teams and generally develop competitive snowsports within the school arena.
Set up by a number of individuals from UK Ski Racing, Schools and the wider UK Ski Tourism industry, we are passionate about building on what is already being done to increase participation and help create a clear pathway from the schools level competition through to the national team and beyond.
To this end, we are working with various organisations such as Snowsport England, Regions, Clubs, academies, tour ops etc. and looking to work with other organisations.
Membership of the NSSA for a school brings a breadth of benefits and discounts to a school’s skiers.
Deals
We will include deals on equipment, trips, training and insurance for their member schools.
Training & Bursaries
We will be offering training opportunities and bursaries to schools to increase participation in schools snowsports.
